EMDR Therapy in Hove & ONLINE
An evidence-based powerful trauma therapy
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapeutic approach designed to help the brain process difficult or traumatic memories, so they can lose their intensity and feel more manageable.
Sometimes experiences from the past can continue to affect how we feel and respond in the present.
In EMDR sessions, I guide you gently through a structured process that helps your mind and body work together to reprocess distressing experiences in a safe and supported way, reducing their emotional impact.
EMDR can be helpful for a range of issues — including trauma, anxiety, low self-esteem, phobias, and experiences that still feel “stuck” or unresolved. Each person’s experience is unique, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
EMDR sessions can be done in person, or also online.
Sessions are typically between 60-90 minutes and additional session time is charged pro-rata.

Your first step
Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting. In our first call, we’ll explore what’s brought you here and what you hope to change. Together, we’ll decide the pace and approach that suits you best.
My practice is based in central Hove, easily accessible from Brighton and surrounding areas.
I offer weekday appointments, both in person and online.
